Delivery Policy:

  • Customers can track their shipment using the order number or AWB at Quiqup Tracking.

Return Policy:

  • Returns can be made within 2-7 days if the product is unused and not damaged.
  • Free returns within the UAE.
  • Refunds are processed within 2-3 days after receiving the returned item, taking 7-14 working days to appear in your account.
